- Corrections — a wrong price, an outdated subsidy, a regulation that changed. Include the page URL and what you believe is correct; source links get fixed fastest.
- Product experience — you own something in our catalogue and it performed differently than our score suggests. Real-world failures and surprises genuinely shape our reviews.
- Questions about guides or calculators — tell us your region and what you’re trying to build. We can’t design your system over email, but we’ll point you at the right guide or tool.
- Something broken on the site — dead links, calculator errors, pages that won’t load. Screenshot appreciated.
